1. Contact us and book an appointment - we will meet you at your home or place of work!
2. When we meet, tell us about how you will wear the shirt and your fit preferences
3. Choose your fabric and design options, and let us know of any special requests
4. We will measure you and/or your favorite shirt, and discuss your optimal fit with you
5. In three to four weeks we will hand deliver your custom shirt and ensure that you are
     completely satisfied with it.

If you have ordered multiple shirts, we may suggest that you start with one to allow for any minor tweaks before we complete the rest of your order. Future orders are a breeze - we will keep your measurements and preferences on file - all you need to do to reorder is call or email us!
